365 Sun Tenerife Property Management was formed in 2003 and originally started by Company Director Lisa Green from the UK. With a history of business development with various companies, Lisa decided it was time to use her aquired skills to set up and run her own company.

 With an interest in the tourism trade and with her family already permanently living in Tenerife, Lisa begun the process of meeting with English owners that owned holiday homes on the Island but did not maximise the earning power of their investments.

 Many UK residents own property abroad but can leave it empty for up to 40 weeks of the year, this can be a negative situation with many holiday makers now looking to rent accommodation nearer to the standard of their own homes in the UK, this presented the perfect opportunity to bring the 2 elements together.

 Nearly 4 years on, with 5 full time members of staff and now based permanently in Tenerife the company manages over 70 quality properties from one bedroom affordable apartments up to 5 bedroom luxury villas, all of these properties are on the South coast. We offer a range of accommodation to suit all holiday makers and a full list of additional services to ensure our guests have a hassle free holiday.

 Our Customer Service is our most important role whether it is dealing with our owners or our returning clients or if you are contacting us for the first time. We can offer you a fully comprehensive service and detail each of our properties as we know them inside and out. We will firstly find out your needs whether travelling with your family or with friends and try to tailor your holiday to suit your requirements.

 After choosing the accommodation to suit you, we can then offer a full range of services to make things a little easier. Primarily on your arrival to the airport we can arrange airport transfers to your accommodation or car hire where you will be met personally by a representative who will walk you to your car. You can also pre-order a welcome pack of groceries, book additional maid service, hire baby equipment direct from us to cut down on your luggage while travelling and if you like to play golf we can even book your golf tee times for you.

 On your arrival to the accommodation a member of 365Sun staff will be waiting to greet you, we shall then show you around your accommodation and answer any questions you may have, even if you just wish to know the best local restaurant. We will then give you the keys to your holiday home and leave you to enjoy your holiday.

 If during your stay you experience any problems we are just a phone call away and can send out a member of our maintenance or housekeeping staff to rectify any problems you may have. We offer a 24 hour emergency contact policy so if necessary you have access to our staff at all times.
