The founders and owners of FRINA Tenerife, Irina and Frederick Saltmarsh are a couple bringing together a rich diversity of nationalities, cultures and business experiences. Irina, coming originally from Russia, possesses over 10 years of international business experience in various positions within sales and account management working for a world leading manufacturing services provider for the telecommunications industry. Frederick, a son of an English father and a Dutch mother, was raised in Switzerland naturally combining in him all three nationalities and speaking English, German and Dutch as native languages. Frederick also brings over 20 years of business finance experience working for leading  multinational companies. His career covers various positions from middle to top level management within automotive and telecommunications industries.
