Business Description:	THE COMPANY CONSTRUCCIONES GOMASPER S.L. has been in the building industry, in the south of Tenerife, since 1976. Before its forming, and since 1964, the present owner of the company, Mr Pedro Luis Suárez Martín, began in the building sector, and became one of the pioneers in development of tourism in the south of the island. From this era remain chalets and villas in Chayofa and the first hotels. Also began the building of a Centre of Tourism named TEN-BEL, on the Costa del Silencio, in which his participation was outstanding. At the end of the 70's, CONSTRUCCIONES GOMASPER, S.L., began in its activity as a Building Developer combining both activities up until this day.
