We have several promotions available here from 16'000 euros, which on the turn of the clock in January 2007 will definitely double in value. After spending time with constructors and promoters from these developments, we know for sure that their prices will all change as we enter the New Year. Most of these developments are furnished throughout, and all locate along the golden beaches of the Black Sea.

It’s definitely a buyers market at present, with many properties being reduced, due to a market place out pricing clients. Still bustling with life, Tenerife offers all year round holiday let’s, returning on average 200 sterling, for one bed apartments per week. Interest rates are holding at Euribor 3.25 % making mortgage options (http://rs6.net/tn.jsp?t=gf5el9bab.0.0.ow854pbab.0&ts=S0214&p=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.reac-t.com%2Fweb%2Fen%2Fmortgages.php) very reasonable compared to the UK. The only drawback when purchasing in Spain is the lump some needed to pay for taxes and fees. Compared to Bulgaria's 3% it’s almost shocking.

But I can guarantee as the market places changes so will the taxes, and so will the fees.
