ANIMAL FARM PARK / DONKEY SAFARI

No trip to Animal Farm Granja is complete without a trek on one of our 12 resident donkeys! We organise 30 minute treks around the Caldera del Rey where you can see the farm and the plantations of bananas, avocados, tomatoes and many other crops. The scenery is breath-taking and this is an ideal oportunity to witness a "real" Tenerife, seen by few tourists! For the more adventurous, by special arrangement, we also organise 1 hour treks, where we also explore the surrounding mountains. The Farm is also an excellent place for children\'s parties. The Farm is the perfect venue to hold your childrens birthday party or special event. Here the children can run free in a safe and natural environment and enjoy a place that is both fun and educational. We have a barbeque and seating area where you can prepare and cook food for up to 40 people. Your guests can also use in the swing park and other attractions, meet all the farm animals and then take a fun donkey trek around the farm. Jumbo: Jumbo, is a 6 year old male and like all of our donkeys, he had to make the long journey to Tenerife by sea, from mainland Spain. Jumbo is the biggest of our 12 donkeys and is known as the "Gentle Giant". He is smart, kind and an ideal donkey for young an old alike.
